Mum Club Membership Terms

Mum Club is emamaco's optional paid membership. While your membership is active, you pay member pricing on eligible products across emamaco.com.au.

Price & billing

Mum Club is billed monthly. The current price is shown in your cart and at checkout before you join — you're charged that amount when you join, then automatically on the same date each month. Prices include GST where applicable.

Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. By switching Mum Club on in your cart, you authorise these recurring monthly charges.

What you get

Member pricing on eligible products for as long as your membership is active and current, plus any member perks we offer from time to time (such as early access or member giveaways). Member pricing applies only while your membership is active.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by logging in to your account, where you can pause or cancel your membership yourself. Your membership and member pricing stay active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again after you cancel. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, your membership and member pricing may be paused or cancelled.

Changes

We may change the membership price, benefits, or these terms. We will give you reasonable notice of any change to the price or material terms before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not agree.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
